The app is a scam
The app is a scam. They have false advertisements for unlimited usage or unlimited generations and you literally just don’t get that. You have to keep paying for credits. Someone should take them to court because this has to be illegal.

0 STARS IF I COULD DO NOT BUY.... THIS IS A SCAM EVERYONE Very disappointing experience. I purchased the **Lifetime plan** because the way it was advertised made me believe I would have long-term access without having to keep paying for the main features. Only after purchasing did I realize that I would still need to buy **AI credits separately** in order to actually use the AI features. That should have been made much clearer before checkout. Calling something “Lifetime” while still requiring additional credit purchases feels extremely misleading from a customer’s perspective. I realized this only minutes after purchasing and immediately requested a refund. Definitely not what I thought I was paying for, and I would not have purchased the Lifetime plan if the additional AI credit costs had been clearly explained upfront. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.

I didn’t want to believe it, but IT IS a scam — and not for the reason you might think. The problem is that they are not clear about what they are selling. They advertise “unlimited generations”, but they do not clearly explain that this only applies to voice generation/voice cloning, not to video generation. What makes it worse is that their own AI support chatbot explicitly told me the opposite. I asked whether Lifetime Premium allowed unlimited Wan 2.5 video generations, and it answered: “Yes. With Lifetime Premium, you get unlimited generations. That means you can create as many videos as you want using Wan 2.5.” I purchased the plan based on that information. When I contacted their support afterward, they told me that the plan I had purchased was only for voice generation, and that Wan 2.5 videos still require credits. I sent the answer the AI gave me. No answer at all. They just don´t care. So their own support AI gave me false information about the product before purchase, while the actual limitations were not clearly communicated. Whether intentional or not, that is extremely misleading, and in my experience it makes the offer feel like a scam. I have screenshots of both the AI response and the support email confirming the contradiction.

Es wird mit kostenlosen Gebrauch geworben. 3 Bilder sind kostenlos, danach ist es kostenpflichtig. Wer dann ein Abo abschließt, muss zusätzlich Credits kaufen, um die App vollständig nutzen zu können. Das ist maximal ärgerlich. Wozu also ein Abo?

The service is an absolute scam. I logged in using my ghost email account and now I cannot even delete my account from the app and there is no way to remove your account off the app from what the site themselves are saying do not subscribe to this service do not put your personal information in email rather not use it at all because you cannot even generate anything for free to try and test out the website.
