The Device Wasn't for Me
I was not a good candidate for the device. They specifically said it would not help Sleep Apnea which is what I needed. Their Customer Service responded quickly to my request. I had 4 emails from them and we came to a refund agreement that was satisfactory for both us.

I got 3 guards and the 1st week it messed my teeth up. Ended up getting my top teeth all pulled and went with Clear Choice implants. QuietLabs is garbage dont waste your money its a scam

Not as advertised, and questionable return policy
I really wanted this product to work, as lugging my CPAP around when traveling is a real PITA. Alas, no love. I could not keep my mouth closed while using it, causing it to dry out so much that I had to wake up and drink water. Waking up a dozen times per night is not the experience I was going for, as that kind of defeats the purpose, right? I contacted them to get a refund, and that's where it got a bit squirrelly. First they wrote me back and suggested a humidifier, taking sips of water and other nonsensical suggestions. Then when I persisted, they offered me a 70% refund with no need to return it. If I'd accepted that, they'd probably still make a profit, so I declined. Then they offered me an 80% refund, with the same offer of no-return. I declined again, and they finally sent me instructions (send via a trackable carrier, send a photo of the label and tracking number via email, etc.) I've done that, so time will tell if I see a refund or not. I would not recommend, despite the slick ad campaign and promised results.

if there is zero star, I will give it. The product does not work and really uncomfortable at all. You could not really return the product to get your momey back. Nobody will reply your emails. This is a scam! Get away from this company. It’s fake!

Too flimsy
I bought one for my husband. He attempted to adjust the mouthpiece and ended up breaking the clear portions apart. I contacted customer service and they responded by the next day, asking for photos, which was reasonable. They sent another, complimentary piece, which is why they are receiving 2 stars. The 2nd unit broke after the first night. I will say it did work until it broke. The clear piece, at the hinges, broke apart during the night. He likely attempted to remove the piece…half asleep. My husband’s response was that it is the flimsiest mouthpiece yet. We won’t be trying it again.
