The price doesn’t include entrance fee!
We’ve just come back from a holiday in Turkey and one of my bucket list places to see was Pamukkale now don’t get me wrong the place itself is amazing to see but the actual travertine is very slippery and quite sharp you cannot wear shoes for obvious reasons so keep that in mind also it’s a lot of walking in heat although the do have buggies that take you round you have to go and book those. It was extremely hot when we went and there wasn’t a lot of shade it became almost unbearable the Japanese tourists had the best idea they all brought umbrellas. Now on to the tour itself we booked through Easy Jet and it does state the entrance fee for Pamukkale is not included what they don’t tell you is how much extra it is!!! The trip cost me for 4 adults £280 that included approximately 9hrs sitting on a coach(we were out from 6:15am till 8:40 we were last drop off) with an extremely knowledgeable but totally bonkers guild a very basic breakfast the usual stop at a place that’s trying to sell you things in our case an onyx factory who’s staff followed you around until they realised you weren’t going to buy anything then couldn’t wait to get you out! Then the stop at Pamukkale this is where we learned it was going to cost us another £27 per person to get in 😳 and that doesn’t include being able to swim in cleopatras pool that’s another added cost!! Then at 3:30 an ok lunch So in total it cost me £380 plus drinks( without the pool swim) which for me personally was way overpriced. Pamukkale is well worth a trip but id highly recommend trying to find a trip that literally takes you there and nowhere else lots of locals take their children there early evening so its very popular and busy.

Don’t use Tui Musement
We had a trip which was cancelled. After 42 days and some apologies we had some of our money back. Apparently the exchange rate was very high that day so we had £20 less than we paid; but the exchange rate has been the same for over a year. Don’t book with them they insisted on giving an electronic refund and then used a crap rate to hold onto your money. We had to complain a lot and were then told we should be glad we had what we did. But they were sorry, unfortunately this doesn’t translate into any action. Update-Just as expected more free sorrys but no actions to make the situation right. Talk is cheap especially with no action.

Nuestra experiencia iva bien muy ilusionados sobre todo los niños somos dos adultos y tres niños pekeños uno de ellos en carrito , cuando llegamos a las gradas nos dicen los de suguridad cuando terminéis volvéis para tras para poder bajar x el ascensor con el carrito el bebé y otros dos niños pekeños bueno pues volvemos y nos dicen k no k ya están cerrados y tenemos k bajar x las escaleras tres pisos para bajo y le digo al de seguridad k como vamos a bajar cn todos los niños más el carrito y me dice k la única manera es x las escaleras me enfado muchísimo y kiero poner la reclamación y desde las 7 k termine el tour hasta las ocho estubieron mareándome de un lado a otro hechado se la bola para no darme la hoja de reclamaciones me parece de vergüenza orrible el trato para el dineral k valen las entradas y k encima te traten así
