Zero response, pro member
Sent a simple whitelisting request for 2 tracks so they could be used by a business partner for a major launch on Instagram, over two months ago. I only needed Tunecore to provide clearance confirmation. Zero response. Many followups sent, still nothing. Have no idea how to reach them and the project is about to get cancelled as my partner requires written confirmation from distro to proceed. I am a Pro member (they promise 24hr response for pro members).

They never scanned 40+ of my songs
They never scanned 40+ of my songs (2 albums), kept sending me robot responses back through email, even though I'm on their highest tiered plan. I can literally see they didn't scan the music, all they did was opt it out and then shadow banned it on platforms, because the xml data was never properly sent, can't find my releases in a lot of the online stores because of this. TuneCore gave me the run around in email for 2 weeks and still never even scanned the songs, they say it's copyright, but if they literally would have scanned the music, it would have told them its fine. Lol.

!@# RipoffThey did not pay out what spotify reported and they are having major problems internally . there bots are worse then any automated messages since they give no info. This wont work for most modern musicians

Customer support is dreadful
Customer support is dreadful - it is 100% AI generated. Problems take a great deal of time to resolve or remain un resolved. There is zero possibility of escalation in these instances. I would strongly advise you to avoid this platform, particularly if you use samples from Loopcloud, Splice and so forth. Even if you have paid for these and they are available on a non-exclusive basis, Tunecore uses AI to check if the samples have been used elsewhere and where they have, can prohibit the distribution of your track.
