Wish I could give zero stars
Wish I could give zero stars. Still haven't shipped one of our products, yet has (had) the money for it! Horrible communication. Over promise and under deliver.

I ordered two potato ovens from…
I ordered two potato ovens from Turcobazaar Limited and unfortunately, the experience has been very frustrating. I paid approximately $3,800 and waited around 10 weeks for my order. Communication regarding the second oven was extremely difficult. I was repeatedly told that the oven would be shipping, but I had to continue asking for updates and tracking information. The first oven has now arrived, but there are issues with the condition and appearance. The physical drawers are significantly different from the drawers shown in the product photos online, and there is visible damage to the oven. I have photos documenting the condition upon arrival. I understand that shipping and production delays can happen, but consistent and accurate communication is very important, especially when a customer has already paid and is waiting on equipment for a business. I hope Turcobazaar will work with me to resolve the damage to the first oven and make sure the second oven arrives as ordered and in good condition. I have retained all order information, communications, shipping information, and photographs of the oven and its condition upon arrival. At this point, Only thing I can do at this point is to get legal advice regarding the situation and the appropriate next steps.
