Top Begleitung bei der Investition in eine Immobilie in der Türkei. Ob der Immobilien Kauf, die Begleitung bei der finanziellen Umsetzung oder die Erledigung der Nebengeschäfte wie Strom und Wasser wurden professionell umgesetzt. Ganz besonderer Dank geht an die persönliche Betreuung vor Ort durch Ihsani und seinen Kollegen aber auch an das Management in London an Tolga. Ich kann dieses Team nur empfehlen!

Absolutely Shocking!
I was looking at properties in Istanbul/ Turkiye to rent on rightmove when i came across a new development apartment for sale which was extremely cheaper than the average prices of apartments in Istanbul. So i thought maybe i could purchase this apartment for short term and get another property when i settle permanently. made an enquiry 2 days ago and someone in Istanbul contacted me today. Unfortunately he could not answer one of my questions and he said he would get back to me. Soon after i felt that maybe contacting the London office would be more beneficial for me so I did. Well I wish i didn't! as this person on the other end of the line was extremely rude to me by constantly cutting off my sentences by saying are you finished are you finished , now listen here, listen to me, constantly saying that the area that the complex is in is not good the words he used i would not like to repeat. While listening to him I thought this must be some sort of joke as he was doing his up most not to sell this property if so why would you take this property on. As if that was not enough to take in , he then went on to talk about the type of people who are in that area and his thoughts on them. So not only is the area bad and commented on the people living there is not good and when i asked then who purchases these properties then he went on to the same type of people. His remarks were very derogatory and degrading I felt very uncomfortable with his personnel views on the community living there. I expressed that I didn't like that he was giving me his personnel views and it was very unprofessional of him and i wanted to end the conversation which i did. I felt i needed to make a complaint to the Company about this person but when i started to do some research on who i need to contact I had the shock of my life. I had spoken to the company owner himself! His name is Tolga Ertukel. He is unprofessional, arrogant, rude and I felt that his remarks on the community in that area were very upsetting to me, I would not have any dealing with this company , this is not the way a company director should behave.

The perfect Company to contact for Buying or selling in Turkey
I had a house to sell in Turkey which had been on the market for quite some time with other agents. I spoke to Tolga at Turkey homes ( who-speaks very good English ) he then introduced me to Gökalp at Turkish Coastal homes in Fethiye and with his professional service in partnership with Tolga he was able to find us the perfect buyers for our property . I would highly recommend this Company if you are looking to buy or sell a property in Turkey

We have dreamt of owning our own home in Turkey for many years. With the very professional help of Gökalp from Turkey Homes in Fethiye we finally made it. Buying a home in another country is scary but we were helped every step of the way with nothing being too much trouble. We can’t praise them enough, we would highly recommend them.

Dear Tolga. We would like to thank you so much for selling our home. We loved living up on the top of the hill with the best views in Ovacik and such a friendly street Sk 291 with great neighbours in the street and surrounded by mountains and loved our home very much and are very happy you found a wonderful couple whom I know will enjoy living there as much as we did. Sorry for not writing sooner I always forget to leave reviews. Really appreciate all your hard work and that of Emrah at Turkish Coast Homes too. We would highly recommend you both to anyone looking to sell or buy in Ovacik. Love Laura and Daniel x
