Extremly poor customer support!
Twotrees machine quality and lack of support has been a significant reason I will never buy from them again. After receiving the TT450PRO I found several assembly workmanship errors that required correction. The machine had an intermittent issue with Z Axis probing and movement. Based on this being intermittent I passed it off to typical "Chineser Junk" (build cheap and sell crap!). The machine remained usable up until a few months after the warrenty expired. The Z Axis would not move and/or allow home to be set. Communication with customer support was HORRIBLE. They wanted videos and continued to ask irrelevant questions. Finally I isolated the problem to the Z Axis controller board. As the machine was out of warrenty I paid for the replacement part (which took a month to arrive!). After receiving the replacement board I swapped the boards and the machine worked fine. Inspection of the removed board found one of the PCB pathways had been almost entirely cut through during either fabrication or assembly. I sent a clear picture of the damage to Twotrees with a request to refund what I paid for the replacement board. They refused because the warrenty had expired. Moral of the story: Buy a machine from someone else if customer support is important to you!

My opinion and thoughts about TwoTrees. In my experience, TwoTrees is the worst company I ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I ordered a 450 CNC about a month ago. They didn't have any in stock but they didn't say a word about that. Weeks passed with NO communication from them. They took my money but never sent me a thing. I cancelled my order. It has been weeks again and they don't return my emails. NO COMMUNICATION AND NO REFUND. They just leave me hanging. They have NO IDEA what the term customer service means. Is this the kind of company you want to do business with? I certainly don't. Just imagine what they will be like after the sale. The measure of a company is not when things are going smoothly, it's how they act when things go wrong! I didn't do anything wrong, just thought they were a reputable company. Wow, did I learn a lesson on that one. Never buy direct, ALWAYS go through Amazon or somewhere else where if a company acts like TwoTrees you have recourse to get your money back! If they are doing this to me I'm sure I'm not the only one...

Despite all the bad reviews very good
Despite all the bad reviews, I still decided to order the TTS-55 pro. It took less then a month to arrive at my home, I still was suspiciously when I built it but it works perfect.

missing items and month of silence
In November 2025, I placed an order for a 20W laser, a honeycomb, and an air assist kit. While the laser and honeycomb arrived, the air assist was missing from the shipment. After some back and forth emails in early December, they proposed me a lower-performance air-pump, which I rejected and insisted on my original order. After this point there was silence until mid January, when I contacted them and had agreed with their proposal, to take this off my head. When they finally replied, I had already ordered from different vendor. I've offered them the possibility to refund or provide an equivalent voucher (as I already have their TTC450 ultra CNC and would probably need additional accessories). That was 2 weeks ago. no response since then. I opened a claim with my bank as a last resort to recover my money. Their products are of good quality, but I'd recommend looking at competitors if you need reliable, timely delivery and responsive customer service.

Ich habe von Twotrees den TTC-H40 gekauft. Aber schon beim ersten Versuch zu Starten war die SD Karte leer die Koordinaten waren mit der Zeit verschoben. Auch mit dem Technischen Support konnte ich nichts anfangen da Sie mir nicht weiterhelfen konnten. ( der Technischer Support ist voll daneben). Da Ich eine kleine Firma habe brauche ich diese Maschine. Letzt endlich funktioniert sie nicht mehr der Support hat so wie es aussieht kein Interesse zum helfen die TTC-H40 wird nicht ersetzt die Garantie läuft bald ab .Fazit: Ich finde sie wollen keine zufriedene Kunden sondern nur Geld verdienen. Und jetzt stehe ich da ohne Maschine, meine Kunden bekommen ihre Bestellungen nicht. Super Twotrees danke das Ihr so hilfreich seit und ich meine Firma Konkurs anmelden kann. 14.10.2024
