Bought a TTC450Pro
Bought a TTC450Pro, customer service is non-existent. Chat bot is AI and fails to connect to human. Contact us webpage is not replied to, yet the website states 24/7 customer service. Machine is built well but fails to connect to anyform of wifi, fails to recognise USB c connection, and fails to update its software. I wish I had bough FoxAlien now.

Took my money and never sent a thing . . .
My opinion and thoughts about TwoTrees. In my experience, TwoTrees is the worst company I ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I ordered a 450 CNC about a month ago. They didn't have any in stock but they didn't say a word about that. Weeks passed with NO communication from them. They took my money but never sent me a thing. I cancelled my order. It has been weeks again and they don't return my emails. NO COMMUNICATION AND NO REFUND. They just leave me hanging. They have NO IDEA what the term customer service means. Is this the kind of company you want to do business with? I certainly don't. Just imagine what they will be like after the sale. The measure of a company is not when things are going smoothly, it's how they act when things go wrong! I didn't do anything wrong, just thought they were a reputable company. Wow, did I learn a lesson on that one. Never buy direct, ALWAYS go through Amazon or somewhere else where if a company acts like TwoTrees you have recourse to get your money back! If they are doing this to me I'm sure I'm not the only one...

Missing Parts and Months of Silence
In November 2025, I placed an order for a 20W laser, a honeycomb, and an air assist kit. While the laser and honeycomb arrived, the air assist was missing from the shipment. After some back and forth emails in early December, they proposed me a lower-performance air-pump, which I rejected and insisted on my original order. After this point there was silence until mid January, when I contacted them and had agreed with their proposal, to take this off my head. When they finally replied, I had already ordered from different vendor. I've offered them the possibility to refund or provide an equivalent voucher (as I already have their TTC450 ultra CNC and would probably need additional accessories). That was 2 weeks ago. no response since then. I opened a claim with my bank as a last resort to recover my money. Their products are of good quality, but I'd recommend looking at competitors if you need reliable, timely delivery and responsive customer service.

Ordered 3 items. Bad customer support.
Ordered 3 items. Shipment was shipped separatly. One of the packages was lost. After complaining that I never received one item, and didn't receive a response. I opened a claim via paypal. After opening a claim via paypal they sent the item again with FedEx. Okay I got the package. But after receiving it I had to pay import duties.
