BETTER READ THIS COMMENT BEFORE YOU PAY ANYTHING TO TYR. I just found now they have several litigations going on. Before I did my purchase I read the negative comments and didn't care. Well my bad now I lost all my money (500 euros). This company is a farce, most of the times, you buy items that never arrive. When you ask for a reason they just make different excuses and you will never see a single cent back. It's a trick they have. Even if you buy 5 items, only one is sent and they do not refund the other 4. You loose all your money. Even if you then return the single item you received because it did not fit you, bad luck. They will not refund your money for that item too. It happened to me and it happened to several of my friends. And we are now following up with the Consumer Agency. This company is a lie. They do not have the materials they claim to be selling. It's an online trap

Order not shipping and customer service not helping
I ordered a pair of shoes on May 8th. On May 15th it has still not shipped, despite being in stock. I have asked their customer service for an update and they lied and told me it had already shipped, despite their own website clearly showing it has not and the tracking number provided just says "awaiting information". I will never shop with this brand again and neither should you.

Perfect fit
Ordered on sunday, received on friday. I ordered L-2 Lifters, choose the size based on cm! Do not choose the size based on your size on other shoes. It fits perfect.

Im Sale bestellt. Laut Kundenservice deshalb kein Widerrufsrecht... Aber man kann keine Gesetze durch interne Regularien umgehen. Geht jetzt zum Anwalt.
