I have raised a complaint weeks ago
I have raised a complaint weeks ago, it hasn't been investigated, nor responded to, not even acknowledged. They shut down my website with no prior warning and was lucky I happened to realise quickly enough to action. No accountability, no service. Stay away!

Website difficulties, hard to reach customer service.
I have had so much trouble getting my website to work. It keeps working for a little bit then getting disconnected. And it has been very difficult getting help from customer service.

I gave Ucraft a 1-star rating because the platform frequently has technical issues and does not work reliably. We have experienced recurring problems, and at times the service stops working altogether. In addition, we have sent multiple emails to support regarding these issues, but unfortunately we have not received effective assistance or a satisfactory solution. This has been very frustrating and has negatively affected our experience with the platform. For these reasons, I cannot recommend Ucraft at this time.

Their site builder is awful
Their site builder is awful. Designs are basic, the site is slow, and it always glitches - so it won't save my progress. Building on a site takes 10x longer than the other companies I've built websites on. Also, they have the worst customer service ever. They have a useless chatbot that has never resolved any issue for me. Despite asking hundreds of times, I've only had a human reach out to me maybe twice, and they still weren't able to resolve the issues on their site. Even the information/blogs they put online are dated/false/unhelpful. I've built 3 websites on the Ucraft platform and I spent 5 years using them. I will be moving all of my sites elsewhere. Do not waste your time using this company. Build your site elsewhere.

Was a Ucraft customer for 4 years
was a Ucraft customer for 4 years. I used their platform to build and run the website for my social enterprise, a cloud kitchen here in Ireland. For the entire duration of those 4 years, they never once hiked my price. Not once. In a world where every SaaS company seems to creep up pricing every renewal cycle, Ucraft just quietly kept delivering. The platform itself did exactly what I needed. Clean, simple, reliable. No unnecessary complexity. It just worked. And whenever I needed support, they were responsive and helpful. I have recently had to move on because my business needs evolved and I now require a more integrated app and ordering system. That decision had nothing to do with Ucraft's quality or service. They were excellent throughout. To Gev and the team: thank you for 4 solid years. I genuinely respect what you are building and I hope you go from strength to strength. You deserve to. Companies that treat their customers with this kind of loyalty and fairness are rare, and people notice. 5 stars. No hesitation.
