Sehr gute Erfahrung von Anfang bis Ende. Alles war transparent, zuverlässig und deutlich unkomplizierter als erwartet. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf einen guten Service gelegt wird. Ich würde den Anbieter jederzeit wieder nutzen.

Big scammers
I made a u-turn and the ANPR caught my registration plate from outside the parking lot controlled by UK CPM. They have issued a ticket and it came as final warning for the first time where the discounted payment period was even elapsed. They don't listen to the appeal and took it to the court. I won't pay a penny for something that I haven't done. They just insist paying the money, which they don't owe.

Daylight Robbery!
I wouldn't trust this company at all! I parked at West Pentire Car park & paid for £5 for 6 hours parking. I have the parking recipt & bank statement to prove i paid. The sent me a letter for non payment of parking & threatened a £100 charge. I appealed with my evidence that I paid & not liable. They rejected my appeal & still insist I didn't pay! Now, I've written to them ( not very complimentary to them, but, they are trying to steal & scam me for £100) I want them to take me to County Court where I can produce my evidence of payment! How can companies hide behind things like Terms & Conditions, Breach of Contract & PO box? To me, they are demanding money with menaces! If you don't pay they threaten increased fines, Debt collection agencies, your credit rating. & County Court! How is this allowed? I won't pay them ever & I'll ignore everything they throw at me. I want my day in court!

Zero stars review received a lying…
Zero stars review received a lying email from HR the so called Head of HR however refused to state a name and the email didn't have a professional footer that it should do. Omni People that are the parent company for CPM. If you read those reviews their really bad worse then here. As I've received harassment from Christopher on the so called complaince and data Team. He can't deal with a complaint about himself not only the staff have refused to answer who the correct dpo for the place is? That I've got a legal right for that information. Now this place is breaking every law in the book. By trying to keep me quite. If I was working for this place the likely hood is that I would be putting a grievance in if that didn't work then an employment tribunal. Clearly the staff can't do their jobs in the first place by bullying me with the use of "we" that it's not "we" at all. If you've not been paid then you chase the place up. Especially as there are several reviews regarding problems with pay

Biggest scammer in UK....STEALING MONEY FROM INNOCENT AND HONEST PEOPLE....The incident was happen at VFS Global Hanslow.. got a fine saying that un athorised parking even though paid for parking... where i asked security he only told me to park and pay at machine...i got charged both ways Fine and paid for 2hours parking fee..there are hundreds of people visiting Vfs Global office every day for passport and visa related application and process....just guess how much money stealing from people
