Awful in so many ways
Awful. Faulty Aura EZ. Took an afternoon off to set up (freelance so this cost me) in case I needed support. I did, the box locked in setup. Manual says customer services closes at five, but it's half three - I tried to get through at a quarter to four. So sent email, and three days later no reply. Trying to return, but deliberately complicated. So disappointed (after four previous Humax boxes,)

Had an issue with my Humax box it kept…
Had an issue with my Humax box it kept crashing and rebooting to the point it became unusable and the advice given by Marcus did the trick and has worked flawlessly since. Didn’t even lose any of my recordings 👍🏻

Faultless service and solution!
It was with a certain amount of trepidation I approached Humax Customer Services about my 10 year old HD Freeview recorder. They were extremely helpful and over a series of phones calls provided the solution I needed without having to buy an new Humax HD Recorder. Their patience with a a novice and the detail they went into to help, verbal and by email, could not be faulted. If you have Humax and an issue it's worth a call you may end up saving hundreds for the investment of a bit of time.

Humax customer service is brilliant
I asked for help and Marcus returned my email very quickly with two suggestions - one complicated but with easy to follow instructions. I am an 81 year old with very little understanding of technology but followed Marcus's instructions and did a factory reset on my recorder successfully. Humax customer service is second to none!
