Huge delay in order#4024
I ordered a chair that cost in the excess of £1000 which was a pre-order for the Maxis range with an original shipping date of the 15th Aug. Many videos on social media saying how great the chair is so I bit the bullet and parted ways with the cash. I have received an email saying the order is delayed until the end of sept. I’d like a more formal expectation of a date. I’m sure the chair is fantastic and I look forward to having it! But a huge delay is not ideal - with no offer of compensation!

Think I've been had!
Parted with more than £1000 over 3 weeks ago, and havent heard anything to say my order has been shipped yet. Have emailed customer service. Response was an apology for the delay, and to say that I'd receive an email once the order left their warehouse - but with no indication of when that might be. Would suggest others avoid this company until they can get their act together and focus on promptly fulfilling existing orders - rather than their apparent focus on the incessant FB ads to bring in other suckers!
