Completely terrible company they are…
Completely terrible company they are quick to take your money but extremely hard to contact if any problems arise. I have tried for 3 weeks to contact these people as you are supposed to wait 11 days from delivery date. This i dont understand so for any card collectors make sure you know who your dealing with. As for the revealing on youtube its all a fix.

Don't bother pre ordering on their site.
Crazily looking forward to getting the 2026 star wars galaxy. I practiced the process of ordering online multiple times and had it down to seconds which would of been enough time to get it. The process though was very different when it actually came to be being live. The order page didn't show up immediately took a while to find the order button. Then I had to do the hardest 'are you human notification'in my life so obviously after the 2 extra minutes it was sold out. Topps makes it impossible for you to get the high demand items so they can send more to their retail outlets on the secondary market. I won't bother trying to pre ordering on their site they probably change the process again.

Pages falling out of sticker album after 3 days
Bought the topps premier league sticker album 3 days ago and already the pages are falling out. I have been extremely careful with the album and kept it in a plastic wallet. Terrible quality. Such a shame.
