This lot really need to get their act together. The products are very good. Their service isn’t. I thought when I ordered last time that it was just unfortunate that two days after alleged dispatch my order on the tracking showed as ‘delayed’. Unbelievably the exact same thing has happened this time…so this is clearly a ploy to disguise ‘normal’ slow delivery. Why not just be upfront with realistic delivery schedules? Irritating in the extreme.

UPDATE My order has finally arrived after over a month, after I emailed the carrier with the tracking details. Possibly a coincidence as I didn’t receive a reply, but worth a try if you’re in a similar position.

Shockingly bad customer experience and…
Shockingly bad customer experience and customer service. Don't buy from this site. My parcel from over a month ago has not arrived, this clearly shows on the courier tracker and so there is no dispute about it being lost or late, yet triumph won't cancel and refund me and are only offering to 'investigate' if I fill in a claim form. This is not legal, I am protected by consumer law and distance selling regulations, but triumph don't care about it and are trying to get out of their retailer obligations. For a known brand I can't believe the service is so bad.

As this is such an established brand it didn’t occur to me to check reviews. If you haven’t ordered yet - DON’T Website address is misleading as it’s NOT in the U.K. I’m still waiting for an order placed 2 weeks ago. Not hopeful of receiving it, or my money back. Very disappointing from a European company!

No stars but didn't give me the option
No stars but didn't give me the option. Ordered on 25th may, now 14th June. Payment still processing, order still processing and ironically says can't cancel due to fast shipment🤔 Have contacted 6 times and only had one response which suggested I order again. No thank you! Shocking!
