Fighting to get a refund on undelivered goods.
I ordered 6 x 1kg bags of Werther’s Original Cream Candies on Temu but sent from this company in the UK. The order came to £51.59. I received a small box containing 1 x 1kg bags of Werther’s Creamy Filling, although the invoice stated the correct order. I’m having huge problems getting a refund from Temu because UKBS have said that the order has been delivered. I may have to ask my bank to recover my money, which as far as I’m concerned has been stolen by an unscrupulous seller. My advice is to stay well away from this company.

The paint wasn't adequately packaged so the tin lid came off. They are difficult to contact by phone and deny receiving my emails.

Appalling service. Used fake delivery photos to deny refund for missing items.
I ordered £38 worth of goods (two 12-bottle cases of squash) via Temu from this seller (UK Business Supplies). The order never arrived. The tracking "proof of delivery" photo uploaded by their courier showed a tiny envelope that couldn't physically hold a single bottle, let alone 24. Because a photo was uploaded, Temu's automated system rejected my initial refund claim. When I contacted the seller directly, they explicitly admitted in writing that the tracking photo was completely wrong and did not show my items. Despite admitting their evidence of delivery was false, they refused to issue an immediate refund. Instead, they held my money hostage, dragged their feet, blamed courier T&Cs, and forced me to jump through bureaucratic hoops—even demanding a hand filled form in 2026—just to deny receipt of goods. Appalling customer service and a total lack of consumer accountability. Avoid this seller.

Ordered via Temu, with a delivery date of between 16 and 21 May. Turns out they didn't actually have the paint to sell me. Still took my money though. Funny, still for sale on their website at an increased price. Have sat here with a half painted room for 5 days waiting for a delivery that was never going to happen and couldn't be bothered to tell until the last minute.

I ordered Janitorial products from this company, I spent over £300 they send wrong product when I complained they told me it is the same product when infect it was not. No apology, No Refund or replacement. They are a Con. I would not buy from them again
