Working in UKG has been horrible
Working in UKG has been horrible. From the performance evaluation module, to the time keeping, to the GPS function, nothing is ever straightforward. It is hard to navigate, I have to toggle back and forth often to remember which function is under which "identity" (me as employee, me as manager, me as admin, me as super admin, etc.). I have wasted so much time and energy dealing with this system. It seems most of the staff hate it as much as I do.

I Recommend UKG
UKG does almost everything that we need for it to do. Of course there are challenges, but it that is to be expected. I find the system easy to navigate and visually pleasing. The fact that they listen to the users input and make updates based on feedback sets UKG apart. I have recommended UKG to others and will continue to do so.

Continually have issues with file…
Continually have issues with file interfaces, can never get to my customer service representative. Told to put tickets into system but never see any real resolution of issues. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

If possible I would give no stars. If you have a transaction issue get ready to be argued with and told you are the issue. A company stole money from me and this company called to tell me it was my problem. I will be getting my money out of this app and never using it again

Save your organization the headache. Avoid at all costs.
Please, for the love of god, do not transition to UKG. We were having some issues with Paycor and decided to start shopping around. Really, focused more on an upgrade than anything else. We met with several providers and UKG was the most fitting.We were looking for seamless HR tools, integration with other platforms and California payroll compliance. We were promised all of it. We were going to roll out two weeks ago, but somehow our implementation team (who is outsourced and not specialists) don't know how to fix our payroll records to make it not only I'm compliance with California laws, but also just be accurate. Numbers don't add up, employer payroll deductions are showing up as employee payroll deductions, time off and sick time not showing up on employee time sheets. We have had 4 meetings to correct this and everytime we meet, nothing has been fixed and it's a continuous repeating ourselves. Some meetings more things are wrong. We haven't rolled out other aspects of the platform and now are gravely concerned that nothing if accurate or fully operational within their system. They told us they this soft roll out was to make sure we focused on each area well, but now I just believe it is a bare and switch and every aspect of their system is broken. We've had a couple different payroll providers in the past and this by far has been the worst experience ever. We have not ran our first payroll, thank god, because we are likely walking away and sticking with our current payroll provider until further notice. We can't commit to a 5 year relationship when everything thus far has been extremely poor. Your implementation team is nice, but nice doesn't save me from paying out penalties or getting sued when my employees are not being paid accurately. The amount of hours my organization has put into this is saddening. Genuinely feel defeated here.
