Better than the official process I abandoned
I started on the gov site but the wording confused me on a couple of questions and I didn't want to guess and get rejected. Came here instead because a mate used them for his trip to Scotland. The form is laid out more sensibly and explains each field in plain English instead of government-speak. That alone was worth the fee for me because I'm not confident with official forms. Romela reviewed my application and everything went through same day. The site is upfront about not being the government and their fee starts from $92.76 which you see before paying, so I went in with eyes open. Approved within hours. Genuinely couldn't fault it.

I wanted to apply for a visa to enter…
I wanted to apply for a visa to enter the UK and so when I looked online this site came up and looked "official" so I thought I had the right one. This is not the UK government site and they are an independent company that has now collected very sensitive and personal information and charged an exorbitant fee. You may or may not get your credentials verified by the UK government because they are sending them in just like you would have done had you used the official UK government site. This is nothing more than an expensive cash grab!!! I have contacted my bank and filed a report for investigation.

This is a fake third party company that…
Scam website and predatory markup. This site pretends to be the official government portal but charges a massive $79 fee for a UK ETA that only costs £20 on the official GOV.UK site. Worse, cybersecurity reports show this platform has leaked sensitive passport data so my Dad’s info is now compromised. I want a full refund for my Dad immediately for this deceptive service. Do not use this website.
