Do not trust this company!
Do not trust this company!! Ordered a tail light for my car before 4pm as it is advertised that all orders before this cut off time qualify for next day delivery. However when I called them the following day to ask when it would be delivered I was told that due to the order being placed a few minutes before 4pm the order did not get shipped in time. If you’re looking for a guaranteed next day delivery with this company don’t bother with them and spend your money elsewhere.

I purchase two headlights and a rear…
I purchase two headlights and a rear number plate light. One of the headlights was broken and rear number plate light was for a totally different car they've had Registration of car and still got it wrong. Emailed then there didn't give a shit.

Incorrect item sent not the same as on the website order page
First off we ordered a new wing mirror for our Volvo car put in the reg on the site also compared the image on there site with our old broken mirror all looked good complete match thumbs up so far We payed for fast delivery also then the part came in a box by DHL we took the part up to our garage only to be told it was the incorrect part on this we compered again the reg and image from there site and again all is good so clearly they have had a mix up from the point of order to checking before despatch. so far we have sent a number of emails sent loads of images even one of the unopened box sent images also to clearly explain that their website is delaying the correct one we need but what we received was incorrect We are tyred of explaining this and sending photos as proof think were on email number 7 tried phoning phone just goes dead after a short pre recorded message We have requested for a full refund now but they have not yet done so or does it look like they are willing too as we are being given the run around Our last email from them said we have sent the correct one you ordered from a guy named David " Clearly not as the one they sent me does not even look like the one on the site when ordering again iv proved this in images sent" Clearly they do not honor there quality statement or put customer satisfaction at the forefront of the quality management system or even check what is actually being despatched against customer orders matching there own website Now at all how a company is meant to treat customers that have proven that they have messed up and are unwilling to give a refund even though You have a legal right to a full refund within 30 days of purchase under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 Under UK law, if an item is not as described, the company is breaking the law by refusing a refund. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you the legal right to a full refund if you reject the item within 30 days. A company's internal "no refund" policy cannot override your statutory rights So i have no other option now to contact customer trading standard's at Wolverhampton City Council Public Protection Trading Standards Civic Centre St Peters Square Wolverhampton WV1 1RP let see how far this gets me not happy at all would not recommend will post once again i have had advise from these

5* service, delivery AND certainly quality of product - a complete LH door mirror unit for my Nissan Note. Perfect match and the complete unit was less than half the price Nissan quoted - it was even less that a mere plastic replacement upper shell for the rear of the mirror would have cost! Recommended without reservation.
