I would give 0 star rating if possible
I would give 0 star rating if possible; read the other reviews and believe them. The quality is very poor and the shoes are not what you might expect from the illustrations. I returned my shoes to China, at my own expense, following their instructions; today, months later, they arrived back here, no explanation, just a small sticker on which a check box marked 'refused' was checked. My fault, it was good money after bad.

Boots wrongly sized and problems with refund
Boots wrongly sized. Well under normal sizing. If you need to return - it's a nightmare procedure. Goods are held by Chinese import authorities for months. Thus expect months before you get any of your money refunded by UMhaven. Then only partial refund - that's with all inconvenience of chaseups. Dealing with this company is definitely one to avoid and not worth all the hassle. Given up after 7 months of trying.

Poor Quality synthetic merchandise advertise as genuine "Calf skin…
I have ordered a genuine "Calf skin leather" boots and shoes from UM Haven online website. I have received the merchandise after 30 days. When opened the cloth bags, it was shocking to see that the shoes are not made of leather. It is synthetic materials. More over, it is of poor quality. The insole is not glued in, Shoes and boots are big on my feet. I followed their size chart and ordered per their recommendation. I have contacted them by phone, but no answers. Sent email to request a refund with return of incorrect merchandise sold. Their response was to keep the items and they will refund 30% of the price. That is not even the cost of the fake shoes. I insisted on my full refund. Their response was, I need to send it to China and cover the shipping cost. I realized that it is their practice, and advertise 100% guarantee to lure people into the fake sale of 70% discount. PLEASE DO Not order from this website. You will lose your money and get, if at all unusable products. I wish if I had the option to upload the pictures.

Hallo, ich habe von euch genug, meine Beurteilung über eure Serviceleistung wird niederschmettern sein, ungenügend. Ihr habt eure Firma nicht im Griff und darunter leiden eure Kunden.Wenn ihr nicht in der Lage seid, das Sendungen, die nicht angenommen werden, wieder an euch zurück geschickt werden, wie es bei allen europäischen Firmen wie DHL,UPS, DPD, Trans-O-Flex , Hermes üblich ist habt ihr es auch nicht verdient in Europa zu verkaufen.
