Started my journey 6 months ago ago, all teeth removed, 12 implants fitted. Returned 6 months later for a life changing experience that I thought would never happen. I can’t thank the whole team enough from co ordinator to my very stunning dentist! This whole 6 months journey ran like clockwork, from collection @ airport to my final home journey! Thank you again team, back in 10months for check up & a week staying @ the same hotel umut initially booked me into….

I’m very pleased with results and service this clinic provides. Very thankful to all Team as they are very Friendly and Professional.Everything was smooth and planned well no issues at all . Had 2 visits to umut 13/4/26 then back 3/8/26. The workplace itself is 1st class so clean and fresh. The work i got carried out was amazing and the young lady that done my work was unreal 😍. Ive the perfect finish and a brand new smile that i absoultey love Colleen xx

Beware My friend and I had a very bad…
My friend and I had a very bad experience with this clinic The staff dealing with things were rude and treated us appallingly. My friends mouth was left in a terrible state and she was sent away with a set of teeth that didn’t fit. We weren’t able to go back while we were there as they refused to see her and communication broke down we lost faith and she ended up having g her teeth done in the UK. These staff are not the same as they were 5 years ago. They didn’t like us and we were made to feel really unwelcome. Beware they aren’t a good clinic anymore!

What made my experience great is the…
What made my experience great is the doctor that looked after me, Dr. Fahid (hope I spelled that correctly, I do apologise if I didn’t). So the 5 stars are all for him. The front house people are ok, but lacking communication which I value the most. The doctor was very, very detailed oriented, at the point that it almost frustrated me. He took the same crown out at least 50 times ( and I’m not exaggerating) to adjust every single millimetre of discrepancy between the crown and the implant I have. I have no words to express my gratitude to him. He’s a good at was he’s doing. I also spoke to other pacients and they told me the exact same thing about their doctor. I do recommend him and the clinic but also be ready to deal with some organisational and communicational issues that might get frustrating at some point.
