Impossible to cancel and bad service…
It is impossible to cancel this service which i finally did. Or so I thought... Months later another payment is taken and I contact them. After so many questions they finally recognise my payment records however, they are "unable" to refund my money and I just have to accept that. Which means this could keep happening. The bank says they are unable to cancel the transfers which I don't understand. DON'T use this service unless you want to pay for nothing again and again and again. There is enough free information out there and AI tools that can help you compile even better meals at zero cost!! This service is redundant so don't waste your money!!! Postscript: Unimeal said they would contact me but never did. They probably thought it would defuse the review. That it may have but it was just a PR stunt! I'm happy for them to post their proof publicly to prove me otherwise. And I will oblige with confirmation.

It made me lose weight
It made me lose weight, and I reduced it further after I quit the app!! After 4-5 weeks I got a charge on my credit card rather unexpectedly, but no problem to cancel my subscription after that.

Con grande rammarico ho aderito ad una…
Con grande rammarico ho aderito ad una offerta minima di circa 6 euro e a mia insaputa mi è stato attivato un abbonamento e purtroppo m8 sono accorta dopo 12 pagamenti per più di 600 euro, non ho mai usufruito della applicazione anzi l'avevo cancellata. Ho provato a dare disdetta, una procedura complicata e sono stata costretta a bloccare la carta, come si può approfittare della buona fede delle persone. Sono delusa e amaregguata
