Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish. Had to make 2 trips for implants and crowns fitting, the pick up from airport and dentistry was too notch, very little pain from start to finish! Only down side was the hotel on the 2nd visit not as nice as the Mercure we had on the first stay. That said would highly recommend especially with uk prices astronomical for just a filling!!

Unique Smile - unique experience (brilliant)
In general, everybody is apprehensive about going to the dentist but even more so by travelling to a different country to have the procedures done. This is going to be a bit of a long winded review, but I think it is well worth a read for any potential clients. Our journey started when we met the team at the Marriott Hotel in Swansea who immediately put our minds at ease. Following this we were contacted by Mehmet who was fantastic to deal with, helping to arrange our first visit to Turkey, which included booking our hotel and organising for a taxi to pick us up from the airport. He was very friendly during our first meeting which was much appreciated. After this we were assigned our patient co-ordinator - Sedat who held our hands and talked us through all the procedures, helping with translation from the professors and doctors which massively reduced our anxiety. The initial procedure was fantastic, with no pain at all. Obviously having 5 teeth removed and 6 implants is a little uncomfortable when you're home, having to eat soft food etc, but nothing that you wouldn't have from general dentistry in Britain. We returned on 3rd July 2026 for the second visit, and it was honestly great to meet the team again as they are so friendly and reassuring. My first day was with Professor Duran who checked my implants after I received a 3D X-ray and he was very happy with how they had healed over the previous 6 months. He proceeded to do the work he needed to do before handing me over to Dr Ella, who is simply fantastic. Dr Ella continued my treatment by shaving some of my teeth, taking measurements and trialling a temporary set of teeth all with very little pain, more sensitivity than anything else. Over the next few days Dr Ella, alongside some of her colleagues, continued taking measurements and moulds of my teeth to ensure that my final set would be perfect. As previously stated there was very little pain, and I want to reassure anybody else looking at this procedure that's it's perfectly fine. This generally went on over 6 days, but we had the odd day off in between treatments. After the technician had created my final full set of teeth, Dr Ella trialled them, showed me in the mirror before gluing, and I could have cried they were so perfect whilst also looking completely natural. Dr Ella made the final adjustments (as she is a perfectionist) and I returned on the 6th day for a quick check up. Myself and my wife bought 3 cakes from the patisserie just outside the clinic for the whole team as a thank you, which they were so happy about, even gathering us all together for pictures which meant so much to myself and my wife. My life back home has been made so much better because of these incredible people. I'm so sorry that I don't know each and everyone's name but as a group you couldn't wish for a better bunch of people, young to old, receptionists to Professors, they are all incredible and doing a fantastic job. I cannot wait to come back out for my 1 year check up to see these beautiful people. Lastly, I would love to give a big, big thank you to Sedat who has been an incredible support alongside Mehmet. Sedat kept both myself and my wife calm throughout all the procedures, answering any queries that we had with a big smile and plenty of patience. I now consider him to be a very good friend. All in all Sedat and the whole team are just amazing human beings. Thank you everyone, love from us both, see you next year.

I visited the Unique Smile office in Swansea - best thing I ever did!
I visited the Unique Smile office in Swansea and had a chat with the professor about the treatment I wanted. I also spoke to Alan in the reception area and he was very helpful with advice and reassurance. I made the decision to go ahead and booked flights, and my husband and I made the first visit to Antalya. We were met at the airport and taken to our hotel. The treatment was the next day and we were again picked up and taken to the clinic. The staff were great, answered all my questions. I had another scan and went to have five dental implants fitted, a sinus lift and a bone graft, and then taken back to the hotel with antibiotics, mouthwash, painkillers (which I hardly needed) and instructions - how to brush my other teeth with a soft brush, and what soft food to eat. I had a good nights sleep. The hotel staff were lovely and obviously used to dental patients. I returned for a check up the next day. Everything was good. We were taken back to the airport the next morning and will be returning in November to have ten crowns attached. Im also having root canal treatment before three of the crowns are fitted. The cost for this treatment is amazing. Much cheaper than in the UK! The equipment used is top of the range and the surgeon/professors and staff are experienced, competent and can't do enough for you. Special thanks to Sedat, who looked after me and kept in touch when I returned home, Mr Mehmet, Prof.Dr. Sinan and Alan in the Swansea office. I will definitely use Unique Smile for any further treatment I may need in the future, and highly recommend this company to anyone. I was quite nervous about taking this step initially, but after speaking to others that I know, who have have treatment in Turkey, I went for it, and am so glad I did!

I had a very positive experience with Unique Smile Turkey throughout my dental journey, and I’m very grateful to the whole team for the care and support I received. My treatment started in January 2025 and involved quite extensive dental work, including extractions, treatment of cysts, bone grafting, implants and zirconium crowns. Naturally, I was nervous, especially knowing that I had surgery and several procedures ahead of me. However, from the beginning, I felt that there was always someone available to explain what was happening, what the next step would be and what I should expect. The whole experience was also very well organised. I had VIP transfers from the airport to the hotel, transportation related to my appointments, and accommodation with breakfast included, which made travelling abroad for dental treatment much easier and less stressful. During my second visit, my temporary crowns were removed, new measurements were taken and my final zirconium crowns were completed. Seeing the treatment finally come together after the healing period was a very special moment. What I appreciated most was the reassurance I received throughout the process. There were moments when I had doubts or questions, which I think is completely normal when undergoing such extensive dental treatment. I learned that all I needed to do was ask. The team took the time to answer my questions, explain the process and reassure me rather than leaving me uncertain. The atmosphere at the clinic was pleasant and professional, and despite being nervous about dental procedures, I felt supported throughout both visits. Thank you to everyone at Unique Smile Turkey who was involved in my treatment, from the dental team to the people who helped organise my appointments, transfers and stay. After such a long dental journey, I’m very happy to have reached the end of my treatment and I truly appreciate the care I received along the way. I would happily recommend Unique Smile Turkey to anyone considering dental treatment abroad, especially if you are nervous and value having people around you who are willing to explain the process and answer your questions.
