I received the same file from this company again, still without any translation. Their chat support isn’t working, and nobody answers the phone. At this point it looks like a total scam.

Poor delivery logic, no human support, and zero accountability. Avoid.
Ordered certified translations of two birth certificates. Despite being separate documents, they were merged into a single file — making them unusable, as each needs to be submitted independently. When I asked for separate files, I was told it would cost an additional $10. So the service delivers an unusable result by default, then charges extra to fix it. I agreed to pay — but then my messages were simply ignored. The only point of contact is "Anita," an AI chatbot that cannot actually resolve anything. There's no way to reach a real person or get the issue sorted. Poor delivery logic, no human support, and zero accountability. Avoid.

PROJECT S-258671: SYSTEM LOCKOUT AND NON-DELIVERY OF SERVICE
I am extremely disappointed with Universal Translation Services. I paid for a professional certified translation for an urgent legal matter with a hard deadline of March 12th. It is now March 15th, and the project has NOT been delivered. The portal lists the status as "Awaiting for approval," but the company has disabled the approval button and all functional communication channels. I have sent messages (Project S-258671) with zero response. To make matters worse, the draft provided was of appalling, machine-generated quality, and the company actually requested that I perform the translation work myself. This is a complete failure of service and a breach of contract. I have attempted to resolve this internally, but the "Send us a message" feature is unresponsive. I have now initiated a Bank Chargeback for non-delivery and filed a formal report with the BBB. You provided an appalling machine-translation and formally requested that I perform the professional work myself . Editing your failures is not 'approval'; it is evidence of your non-performance. It's amazing that you speak as if I work for you, and therefore need to edit your translation. I am a PAYING customer, not your translator. I am not an employee of your firm. I paid for a professional, accurate translation suitable for court submission. The fact that I had to manually rectify machine-translation errors today—errors your firm failed to catch—is the definition of a service failure. I expect the refund to be processed immediately for the labour I performed on your behalf.

Perfect translation quality, price and delivery time
I translated two documents: an employment contract and a certificate of no criminal record. A very good experience. Excellent translation quality, document structure preserved, and speed of translation. Furthermore, the price, even with translation certification, was lower than that of competitors without certification. I'm very satisfied.
