This company should be sued
This is honestly the most horrible appliance I’ve EVER purchased. It’s expensive and yet breaks in a multitude of ways within the first 3 years of owning it. The temperature knobs are incredibly fragile and had to be fixed twice already, the gas stove tops regularly fail to light up quickly enough to avoid a huge flame initially, one stove top is now permanently broken it seems and on top of everything else the oven now shows an error message about the temperature probe which results in PERMANENT BEEPING. Also, the metal ring accessory that came with the oven literally broke apart explosively while on the hot stove and part of it flew across the kitchen. I was so incredibly lucky not to have been hit by the scorching hot metal bit and yet the customer service response was “Do you want us to send you a new one?”. This company is disgraceful and doesn’t give a rats ass about their customers. The amount of money we have put in this appliance for repairs (as conveniently the most drastic issues appeared to be happening right after the warranty expired) is insane! Stay away! Don’t buy any of their products unless you’re seriously masochistic. Wish I could give zero stars.

The temperature is not accurate
The temperature is not accurate. When you preheat to 350 it is actually 300 maybe I have an internal thermometer...I had repair people here 5x.. replaced thermostat, motherboard etc... Just cooked a quiche in a preheated 375 degree ( inside thermometer) for 40 minutes... Top is fine, eggs are not cooked. Worst purchase ever. I cannot trust it previously cooked a frozen lasagna in a preheated 400 degree oven for 60 minutes... Still frozen in the middle. So disappointed. It doesn't always pay to go with brand name. Do not buy!!!!!

Beautifully built appliance with exceptional design
I recently purchased a Bertazzoni Professional 90cm induction cooker and the experience has been impressive from the start. The build quality, finish and materials are exactly what I expect from a premium Italian brand — solid, intentional and beautifully engineered. Delivery was smooth, packaging was secure, and the unit arrived in flawless condition. Even before installation, you can tell this is a serious, well‑made appliance designed to last.
