I have visited this since 1996, many times. In recent years stayed at the newer hotels like Cabana Bay Dockside Endless Summer and spend time enjoying facilities of Hard Rock Hotel, Portofini, pricey but magnetic Sapphire Falls. Then I have an experience spoilt by the anti customer totally repulsive people running Aventura Hotel. My wife and I have sticks, mobile enough to hit the there parks in chairs but not it seems a welcome sight in the rooftop Aventura Bar. The woman , after upsdetting my nephew big time across the bar (she could not have known we were together as we sat other end of roof watching the view, she shuffled three metal tables on the concrete floor and 12 chairs, grating the teeth, in a veyr bd way, did notifier to serve us 9it was nto closing time), but continued until we left. along the bar my daughter and her son 9aged 21 with all ID) who had enjoyed bar sin Saphire falls and the them parks etc, were totally dissed by the bar woman, who seems very nahppy they wanted sit at the bar service (no `8.8% tip you understand!) and water ot serve t tables to get the tip then refused service. We tried to complain to management. the night management was girl of about 12 year sold I think thick as a brick, and we got nowhere, she lectured and hectored, waste of time. So iffy wan a hotel that hates cripples and wants to manipulate you to pay max tips, and is offensive to customers, try the Aventura. I wont be back again. It is an exception in the Universal/Loews hotel choices. Something of the night about the place.also all of the other hotels were heaving wiht folks enjoying life, this was empty and souls, hardly an inmate in sight. Avoid this hotel. I speak with 30 years experience of visiting Universal.

Military Freedom Pass is a rip-off. Universal is taking advantage of Military families by overcharging for tickets and then they call it a freedom pass. If I would have bought tickets online and not thru Military, I would have gotten a better deal. My husband fought for this country's freedom and Universal has the guts to call it a freedom pass. In addition, most employees are so unfriendly and absolutely not accommodating. We bought a 2 park pass only to find out, in the fine print, that it was not a 2 day park. Disney is charging half of ticket value for Military. They know how to honor the sacrifice of our Military

The rides are great… my grandkids loved it. However, the prices have gotten out of control. First off, if you don’t get a fast pass… you wait in line all day.. we waited 3 HOURS for the Harry Potter ride.. That just doesn’t seem fair. My husband kept getting out of line to get our grandkids snacks to keep them entertained. Over $100 per day for the fast pass plus $140 per person per day just to get in.

We have been going to Universal Studios Orlando for 20 years, last year was the first time we used the IAC Disability card. The process was extremely straightforward, and the Universal Team Members were absolutely fantastic and extremely accommodating. We really could not have asked for more from Unversal, they made our trip even more special than it normally is. Disney could learn so much from how Universal do things! It is a shame there are so many negative reviews, many from people who don’t understand or visit the Orlando area theme parks frequently! Universal have gone from strength to strength with their theming, service and overall offering, including the hotels. I look forward to coming back real soon!

Orlando epic, the props and sets are amazing good detail ,Harry potter, Mario world all amazing props the bad is you spend anywhere from one and a half hour to two hours or more on line for a ride that ends in 40 seconds. You spend all day literally in line two much time waisting on lines that you can't really enjoy the park. Then take Mario world for instance you have to buy this watch to interact with the world of Mario outside of the rides, like to hit a block and make coin noise it's ridiculous always a gimmick to get you to spend more so the kids can enjoy it. Speed pass is another gimmick and ridiculous expensive $170 to $320 per person. You have to rush all day if you want to get in the rides due to long lines thus you cannot enjoy the day. Every thing is so expensive.

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
