Ordered 3 pairs of shoes all in the…
Ordered 3 pairs of shoes all in the same size and they fit was so crazy different that I could not wear 2. Tried to return them but they said it would cost me €35 each to send them back or I could have a discount on another purchase (of shoes that won't fit) and that is after having to research to find a customer service email because the one on the order was written backwards in the email. This company is a scam and I got an expensive lesson.

Ha sido buena mi experiencia gracias a los usuarios estafados por esta tienda Uniydress, menos mal que he leído estos comentarios porque iba a comprar unas sandalias y por las personas que comentan su nefasta experiencia ya no las compro. Gracias a todos los que habéis contado vuestra mala experiencia y lo siento mucho

Pessimi! Sulle condizioni di vendita riportate sul loro sito è previsto il reso previa loro “autorizzazione” dopo richiesta inviata per mail ai loro contatti…mail che puntualmente tornano indietro. Ho scritto anche alla loro mail di riferimento del loro conto PayPal (dove ho effettuato il pagamento), nessuna risposta neanche lì. Ho inoltrato reclamo anche a PayPal il quale a suo dicasi dopo aver contatto il venditore non ha rimborsato l’acquisto!

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience, especially with their return process. The shoes look much better in the website photos than they do in reality. The materials feel cheap and the overall quality was very disappointing. But the worst part was trying to return them. Their website clearly states that returns are possible, with return shipping costs paid by the customer. I contacted customer service because I wanted to return the shoes, but despite repeatedly asking to do so, I was never given the return address. Instead, I received one commercial offer after another: discounts, partial refunds, exchanges, etc. I kept insisting that I simply wanted to return the shoes according to their own return policy, but eventually the process became so frustrating and time-consuming that I gave up. My order of five pairs was also split into two separate parcels delivered to two different locations, without prior notice. I would not order from this company again.

Esperienza pessima e grande delusione. Premetto di non aver mai fatto un commento su nessun tipo di social ma questo è doveroso e di aver sempre acquistato da Noemi , che la stimo tanto come persona. Ho acquistato online,una volta ricevuto l’abito, ho deciso di chiedere un cambio o rimborso perché vestibilità e trasparenza sul seno non mi convincevano ma il rimborso su 54,90€ spesi restituivano 39€. Non è una questione di 15,90 € in meno: è una questione di organizzazione e soprattutto di attenzione verso il cliente. L’8 agosto ho fatto 30/35 minuti di macchina dalla provincia di Caserta, con un caldo assurdo, per venire in negozio,scelta mia. Mi è stato detto che il cambio in negozio non era possibile, cosa che posso comprendere. Ho quindi chiesto semplicemente di provare alcuni abiti per effettuare poi il cambio online. Su 6/7 abiti richiesti, però, non erano disponibili né taglie né colori, con la giustificazione “siamo in chiusura”. Peccato che il negozio risultasse regolarmente aperto tutto il mese se non per 4 giorni ma la logistica sempre aperta. Alla fine ho dovuto accontentarmi di provare un abito corto, nonostante cercassi un lungo. Il camerino sulle scale, sprovvisto persino di un attaccapanni o uno sgabello per appoggiare i vestiti, non dico assai ma almeno un chiodo appeso. Per quello che promette la proprietà mi aspettavo un servizio decisamente diverso. riassunto? pura FOLLIA
