Great Tagine Purchase
Purchased a Tagine from Uno Casa to try out some North African recipes. The buying experience went smoothly with the tagine arriving ahead of schedule. The product looks great and is easy to cook with and clean. Very impressed with my pirchase.

I was in a mission to find quality cast…
I was on a mission to find quality cast iron items for my husband for Christmas. I happened upon Uno Casa’s web site and found exactly what I was looking for. Flat bottom wok and double Dutch oven safe for glass top stoves! When the products arrived the wok had a broken handle. I immediately contacted Uno Casa’s customer service and after a few photos and documentation, they immediately shipped out a new wok which arrived quickly and in perfect shape and IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS! I’ve only had a chance to use the lid of the Dutch oven so far. It makes perfect grilled cheese sandwiches for the littles! Crunchy on the outside and creamy cheese on the inside. Doesn’t stick to the lid/pan and clean up was super easy! Great customer service seems to be a thing of the past. It was a great thing to experience it still exists with Uno Casa! I will be a return customer for sure!

Great company to do business with. I had ordered the Uno Casa Tagine, but didn't know how to obtain the recipes. I emailed them to inquire, they responded, and after providing my order#, they immediately sent me the PDF and that was on Christmas Eve! Excellent customer service.
