I have now been able to conclude that this company is a fraudulent entity making use of unethical tactics to get one over on its users. i opened an account with them with 16,000 USD which i have used months to grow to 101,567 USD. i have made withdrawals of both 600 and 200 USD but when i tried making a withdrawals of 78,000 USD i was first denied now it is pending customer support is basically none existent. having no other choice i had to bring forward the matter to the FCA for their unethical practices , they swiftly referred my case to the forensics teams at Nodeanalysis • Tech who analyzing all my evidences forwarded were able to trace the money following its trail back to its source, enabling a withdrawal of both the original sum and my proceeds. if you're in this situation try and reach out to them as keeping quiet will do you no good and for Gods sake STOP WORKING WITH THEM

Basic trading is fine, but customer support and guidance need improvement
I have used Upbit for trading, and the basic functions such as buying, selling, deposits, and withdrawals are not difficult to use. The platform itself is fairly simple. However, when an issue occurs, the guidance is not clear enough. For example, with verification, withdrawals, deposits, or account-related checks, it can be hard to understand the current status or what step should be taken next. I also felt that customer support could be faster and more detailed. I understand that security is very important for an exchange, but from a user’s point of view, clearer updates and step-by-step explanations would make the service much better. The service is usable, but the response process when problems happen can be frustrating. I hope Upbit improves its customer support speed, notifications, and explanations for users.

This platform upbit is an absolute scam.(lost a lot)as others have said they will let you deposit and make some money but when it comes to retrieving money out of your account they make many excuses as to why you cannot.we have various ongoing lawsuits against them as of 11-2-25.do not get involved with this platform.you have been warned.
