Very disappointing payout experience

Very disappointing payout experience – 50% deducted I want to share my personal experience with Upcomers so that other traders can make an informed decision before purchasing an account. I traded a $50,000 Oracle account for around two weeks and followed the trading rules very carefully. My trading was controlled and consistent, normally only one or two trades per day, using Stop Loss and Take Profit. I did not have any significant losses and completed the required conditions. When it came time for my payout, however, 50% of the amount was deducted. One of the issues initially raised was that I had allegedly moved my Stop Loss. I explained that I had never moved it, and after reviewing the matter, they acknowledged this. Despite that, the 50% deduction remained, with the explanation shifting to concerns about my trading/risk management. What I find particularly disappointing is that I could not find a clearly stated rule saying that the Stop Loss distance I used was prohibited. If a specific trading method or Stop Loss distance is not allowed, this should be clearly written in the rules before traders purchase an account and spend weeks trading it. I contacted them and provided my explanation, but the decision was not fully reconsidered. In the end, I received only part of the payout, and after the additional fees, the amount I actually received was even lower. I have the emails and documentation related to this case and can support what I am describing here. I am still trading the account and following the rules extremely carefully. I will request my second payout soon. I am genuinely interested to see whether it will be processed normally or whether another issue will be raised. If the next payout is handled correctly, I will update this review accordingly. Based on my experience so far, my trust in the company has significantly decreased. My advice to other traders is simple: do not choose a prop firm only because the account is cheap. Read the payout rules carefully and, more importantly, read other traders' experiences. A cheap account is not a good deal if you invest your money, time and effort only to face unexpected problems when it is time to withdraw your profits. I will update this review after my second payout.

Scam site with proof

Definitely one of the worst trading sites, classic scam after multiple tries when I won whe challenge 50k they said everything is okey and then then didn’t pay up. Also support team stopped answering. I also referred few people they didn’t pay to them also. Therefore just look elsewhere and I will try to put on as many sites and social media for people to see that this is scam Even when I politely asked chat support for help after numerous tries they just started to seen me and don’t answer

I've read the reviews and I'm not gonna buy challenge, because most of the reviews are negative about this propfirm and I'll suggest, if you are beggener and you have lac of capital then go with some trusted firm not this one

Unreasonable account ban

I bought the 200k instant account. I made the KYC Verification on my work phone because the camera did not work kn the other one, and used my other phone for trading. I traded for 2 weeks abiding by all the trading rules, and when i achieved the payout target and requested it. Suddenly my account got banned, i lost access to the platform and lost what i payed and the requested payout. When i contacted the support team they said it wasnt their department and i request an appeal from the compliance team. Doing so no one replied yet and nothing changed. They use a third party KYC agent and accuse people of being frauds, yet they never provide proof of their claims nor let the accused prove no fraud occured. You should be aware of their actions and beware that suddenly all your hard work will be thrown away in a second. I am still waiting a reply or will be proceeding with different measures.

Got my first payout with them with no…

Got my first payout with them with no problem continue trading onto the second stage of my payout, trading the same exact way that I did to receive my first payout, and when it was time to get my second payout they limited my payout to 50% and all future payouts to 50% due to a bunch of small rules they said I had broken that I have never heard of and I did not have one single day in drawdown while working to my second payout, I completed it in five trading days. mind you,. I traded the same exact way for my second payout that I did on my first pay payout and nothing was said. There were rules that I have never even heard of they like saying just because you reached payout stage does not mean you will receive the payout they investigate how profits were generated,. In my opinion, I think that is BS. If they do not like your strategy on how you trade, they will simply deny your payout and there’s nothing you can do about it.
