Please please please don't trust this…
Please please please don't trust this app. Don't pay money. It is not an trusted app.. They sply take money from teachers. Thats it. Teacher's please dont pay money. They will not show any student. Simply they will take money frm us. No one is there to answer your questions and to take responsibility.

It's a bullshit app costs alot First says to connect with the students pay this ammount after payment also the same it says update to premium membership to connect with the students it's just a fraud thing U have to pay alot to get students else it's a bullshit app I wasted my money nd still didn't had a chance to connect with any student

I purchased an UrbanPro tutor business plan with 4500
I purchased an UrbanPro tutor membership expecting a transparent platform for connecting with students. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Only after purchasing the subscription and attending the onboarding session did I fully understand the platform's commercial model, including the recurring coin system for responding to enquiries and the commission structure. In my view, these are material aspects of the service that should be made clear before a customer decides to pay. Within 24 hours of purchasing the membership, and before making any meaningful use of the service, I requested cancellation and a full refund. My request was declined solely on the basis of the company's "non-refundable" policy. What disappointed me most was not just the refusal to refund, but the lack of willingness to consider the fact that I acted almost immediately after understanding how the platform actually operates. I also found numerous reviews from other tutors raising concerns about lead quality and the effectiveness of the coin system. While everyone's experience may differ, reading those reviews after my purchase reinforced my concerns. I encourage prospective tutors to thoroughly understand: How the coin system works and the ongoing costs involved. The commission structure applicable to classes. The refund policy, as the company maintains that membership fees are non-refundable. My intention is not to discourage others from using the platform but to help potential tutors make a fully informed decision before purchasing a membership. No value for money. Don't trust the positive reviews online they are mostly fake just like their enquiries.
