Solid Compact Treadmill/Walking Pad
Payment and Shipping was easy and fast. I needed a way to get steps in after surgery without having to go out in the extreme heat of my location. After a lot of research, I bought the Strol 2E Pro Smart Treadmill and the Foldable Treadmill Mat. I wanted a more compact treadmill that had wheels for easy moving and storage under the couch. I also wanted a treadmill that could elevate, had handles, and would allow for jogging speeds. I have used it almost every day for about a month and am happy with the purchase. It is convenient and functioning well. The manual incline and bar set up is a little tedious because of the screws- not difficult, but when you want to store it after every use, it can be a bit of a hassle to repeat. I have not tried jogging, yet, but I can tell already I wouldn't mind the treadmill being a little longer. I did buy it for the compactness, though, so I knew what I was getting. Walking is fine if I keep towards the front (I'm 5'5"), but something to consider if you are taller and want to jog. The treadmill is one of the lighter ones I found, which is great because it doesn't feel cheap, but storage under the couch is more difficult than anticipated. There are only small wheels on the very front, almost flush with the rest of the machine, so after you hit a certain angle sliding the treadmill under the couch, you are no longer on the wheel. I put it on some furniture pads, which made it a bit easier. Definitely cannot easily slide the treadmill parallel (lengthwise) under the couch, because there are no wheels on the side. You have to go in from the front of the treadmill. I put the treadmill on the pad to protect my floor, and my one complaint here is that the front screwed-in support stands have already created holes in the pad, so maybe opt for a higher quality pad. All in all, very pleased with my purchase

Ordering from the website was simple and straightforward. The treadmill is working great. However, the tracking notification was not particularly helpful. The shipment tracking service they use did not work properly, offering no details of the location in transit nor an estimated time of arrival.

Good product, outstanding shipping
Overall this product does exactly what I want. Get me miles without having to slather SPF on myself to be outside getting the same distance. It’s pretty easy to maneuver and move and I was able to connect to Bluetooth fairly easily. My one and only problem is how the Bluetooth function has to be used. If I connect my phone to my car via Bluetooth and press play on my music, it plays in my car. I don’t have to also press play in my car. I have been connected to Bluetooth and even had the app open. Started the machine from my remote, walk for an hour, yet the app didn’t register 1 step!?!?!? Why? If I’m connected via Bluetooth why would I need to press start on the app? Why is the remote not sufficient enough for the app to realize I’ve just walked 75-hundred steps? Also, in terms of shipping. So fast! Ordered late on a Tuesday, I’m talking like 10:30 at night. It was at my door by 2:30 Thursday. Very impressive.

First, I was sent an item very late, reached out for assistance, and never heard back. On top of that when I finally received the item, it was in a very damaged box and damaged inside as well. Reached out again and have been ghosted by customer service. Will never shop directly from this company again.

The product is as advertised for home use. It does everything a standard treadmill does, but smaller. We will enjoy it as long as it let's us.
