I AM REPORTING ANIKA CASSEL OF FRAUD Luckily I didn’t pay any money to this awful company as I put all the facts together. They asked me to pay $400 today, for a green card, and after careful research i realised this isn’t right. They was calling me at 8am GMT, however this would mean it was 2am in Arizona, strange time to be in the office? She told me she would send me an email with proof my application had been processed but only sent one regarding I haven’t sent money. She’s sent me countless emails of asking if I am paying the $400 today. And then realising it’s a non government website. I feel so sorry for all the people that have wasted money with this awful company. And I hope they get the justice deserved. They have completely ruined my confidence to apply for visa in the future. Just awful what they are doing to people

AVOID! SCAM! REPORT!
AVOID!! This is a scam website, that advertises misleading services. They will take your money, steal your private information & not deliver the services you apply for. Unfortunately I mistakenly applied for my ESTA via this (unknowingly, third party website, that charged me over 4x the cost) on 28-Dec-2025. ESTA's should be issued within 24-72hrs. After 3 weeks of no updates and no response to my emails, I attempted to check the status online to find that the applciation didn't exist. I contacted CBP directly who confirmed this. After trying to dispute with the company, they first pretended they didn't have my passport information causing the delay, then told me they couldn't refund it because it had already been processed. I received a bunch of misleading, untruthful emails to try and confuse me into leaving it. I have now submitted a legal application via the government website (which successfully submitted, further confirming this company were lying). I have disputed the charge with my bank & reported the company to the FTC. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!!!!

5 stars for them, 1 star for me, because I don't read (it says clearly non-government site) I've got my visa, but I massively overpayed and I gave important personal information to a third party... I hope I learned an important lesson! The keyword here is "Reading"

Scam website. They try to charge 160$ for the ESTA application form when the offical price is 40$. Beware and don´t upload any info or documents.
