I love my sensate!
I love my sensate!! use it every night before I go to sleep. It was a gift from my family after a 10 day stay in the hospital with a serious diagnosis. It hasn't changed the diagnosis but it does help me sleep and rest better. Sometimes I even use it for an hour before I turn off the lights. Thank You!!

I purchased the Sensate plus on Amazon…
I purchased the Sensate plus on Amazon but it didn’t activate the plus so I contacted them direct and they were very helpful and sorted the plus out very quickly. Only a few days into using the device so far

The device is great for relieving…
The device is great for relieving stress and anxiety. It's also great for improved sleep. The biggest disappointment is having to pay for Sensate Plus when Plus options are limited. I remember the first year was fantastic. Sensate would release about one new soundscape monthly. Now it's rare to find new soundscapes. It doesn't seem the company is investing in increasing soundscape options. Honestly, this is my only concern. I would like to hear new soundscapes every month. Otherwise, there's no incentive to pay for Plus. Yes, there's more soundscape Plus material, but nothing new!

It really does work
It really does work. Sleep continues to improve generally getting one hour to hour and a quarter more good sleep. Also seems to be a reduction in general stress levels. I think it’s important to listen to the various pieces of music to hear what works for you and to use the favourites facility. Also, experiment with the placement of the device to find the spot which works for you.

I love my Sensate
I love my Sensate. I find that in as little as 10 minutes I can become calmer, relaxed and focused. The Soundscapes are beautifully matched to the vibration and there are enough to choose from depending on what you want to accomplish. I love that I can control the intensity of the vibration and the volume of the accompanying Soundscape. You can also choose longer or shorter sessions to personalize your experience.
