Watch out—these are real crooks
Watch out—these are real crooks. You’re supposed to take part in a study, but once you finish it, an error message suddenly pops up. After that, you can no longer enter your payment details. Stay away; it’s a total rip-off. I’m going to report this to all the professional associations.

My experience with this medical panel has been extremely disappointing. The honoraria they offer are less than half of what many other companies pay for the same type of study, which already makes participation feel undervalued. The biggest issue, however, is actually getting paid. After completing studies, payment is repeatedly delayed with the explanation that the study is "still open." This excuse seems to be used over and over, leaving participants waiting indefinitely for compensation they've already earned. Customer service has been equally frustrating. Every time I contact them, I receive the same scripted response: that the issue has been "escalated." Despite countless escalations, nothing ever changes, and no one seems able or willing to provide a real update or resolve the problem. If you're considering joining this panel, be aware that the advertised honorarium may not reflect what you'll actually receive—or when you'll receive it. Between the low compensation, endless payment delays, and ineffective customer support, this has been one of the worst research panel experiences I've had. I would not recommend participating unless you're prepared for significant frustration and the possibility of waiting an unreasonably long time to be paid.
