Slow to receive order

The website and ordering process were very user friendly/easy. My 3 star rating is because it’s been 7 business days since placing my order. While I received a confirmation, I have yet to hear anything about whether my order is being processed or shipped. I was hoping to have the product by Labor Day weekend but it doesn’t seem like that is going to happen. If the item is on back order, I hope that would be communicated as well. Order USP93676 Can email my contact info and screenshot of confirmation email if necessary. Thank you for responding.

I wouldn’t order here ever again, they took my money and “Lost my package” I complained to customer service and never received a response. Poor customer service and not a reliable company.

Love the product and want to order more…

Love the product and want to order more but I also want to return one of the items I ordered (nice, just not for me) and I'm on day two of waiting for someone to respond with directions for return.....day 4 you can see I rec'd a reply here but not in my email. I have marketing and other things in my email from them but no return instructions. I emailed again. I will wait a hort while longer. Then, sadly, I will have to be forced to dispute the charge on my card and using my review accordingly. 8.27.26: stiiiill waiting for return instructions.
