Uscreen has been a dream for me to work with. There is so much support for navigating my launch - anytime I have a question, someone is responding to my email or available to chat. The backend is easy to navigate and I am not a technical person. Emily has been especially helpful. Thank you!!

Uscreen Saved Our Business
Uscreen has saved our business ( SecretActor.com ). Our revenue has more than doubled since we migrated 18 months ago from Vimeo OTT (of note: Vimeo OTT is awful - please don't go with them...). I've found Uscreen to be a robust, customer (and end user) friendly platform with a sooo many features that completely support an online coaching site like ours. They have an incredibly responsive development team, wonderful support for all issues, and I've had super open conversations with them about improvements and desired features which they then actually implement at lightning speed. And yes, they actually get on zooms with you to talk things through re feature suggestions sometimes. My only hope for improvement would be a bit more gamification of the learning experience, which they are actively working on. Of note: The migration process was surprisingly easy and detailed - they even took users with lifetime discounts on the old platform into account and matched their rates one by one. Took around 5 days of work for me as a solo-preneur to set Uscreen up to migrate 3000+ videos.

Uscreen Has Exceeded My expectations
When I decided it was time for me to expand my business to include an app, I looked at a bunch of different companies, but from start to finish Uscreen impressed me with their customer service, their quick responses and wealth of knowledge. Once I signed on, I continued to be impressed with everything they do: my amazing onboarding specialist and all the wonderful assistance she gave me, the vast library of marketing, sales and website creation assistance was incredibly helpful, and my CSM and marketing cohort leaders have been a huge boost to my success. I highly recommend Uscreen to anyone looking to get into this kind of business!
