Total waste of time
I am highly disappointed with Userlytics. For starters, I rarely even receive test invitations on this platform. But when an invite actually does come through, it is nearly impossible to qualify. Every single time I open a screener and answer the questions, I am immediately met with the exact same automated message: "Thanks, but we're looking for something different." It feels like a massive waste of time to repeatedly fill out these screening questions just to get rejected seconds later. By comparison, platforms like UserTesting are far superior. UserTesting provides a much better volume of invites and a significantly fairer screening process. Userlytics really needs to fix its profile matching system so users aren't constantly jumping through hoops for nothing.

Not bad for an occasional side hustle…
Not bad for an occasional side hustle overall, but there are some inconveniences in usage. - You can't contact a researcher. In case of technical problems with the study, you should communicate through support. It's very inconvenient, and last time it was unsuccessful, I couldn't resolve my issue. - Strange system with payments. Instead of an exact day, it is some Fridays. - Unclear system with your rating. You can't check it by yourself, again, only through support. Not all researchers give you a rating, and as a result, one bad rating can spoil your overall rating, even if there are many approved but unrated studies. - You can't rate researchers. It would be helpful to have this opportunity too. You can pass your rating through support, but I assume it's useless. Still worth a try, though.
