worst company, they have my packages worth 3000 usd , they didnt mention and informed about BIS order upto 9 august, i wanted to ship my packages but they cacnelled my shipment thrice and didnt evne refunded shipping fee which was 900 usd , and they have kept my packages which they arent willing to ship within usa evne and not letting me collect even wow, they should NOT be allowed to work even after 3 years, there should be permament banned on this company by BIS

Never spend a penny using their services
It's not a scamming company but they can offer you the worst service with terrible and rude customer service. A customer representative asks you to close the chat and tells you "We have a lot of customers, close the chat, we don't have much time to talk to you" When Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) imposed a 3 year denial order against, they promised me and I believe everyone that extending packaging period will be free of charge, now when it's time to ship the package, I found out that I have to pay $30 for the extension. I spoke with them about and the only response I receive was "I'm sorry we can't help you" Never ever deal with these people... There're so many companies out there can offer you a good service.

No reply email and chat
No reply email and chat, Where is my package? They no reply my email nor chat, my stuff around $20k at there for consolidate shipment. I'm afraid of this. I ask to ship to other address but no response anymore. Several my stuff from eBay with delivered status from 1st July but no listing on their website, so where is my stuff?

SCAMMERS
UsGoBuy has been banned from exporting since June 17th 2024 and yet they were still accepting packages up until July 1st 2024. Thousands of customers packages are currently now being held at their warehouse in Portland, Oregon with no possible way to deliver them as they’re also refusing pick ups and domestic shipping. Their response has been nothing short of shambles. If you’re a victim please join the Facebook Group. If you work for UsGoBuy you may also join the Facebook Group to provide necessary insights.

Usgobuy have been banned from exporting…
Usgobuy have been banned from exporting over a 3 year period. They continued to operate despite receiving a warning and didn't tell their customers. They are now refusing to refund their customers for the goods they cannot export.
