Steals your deposit
They are a genuine website to find accommodation but they made me pay for broken things in the apartment that was already broken. They deducted the deposit and never replied again Not trustworthy and very bad experience, don't deal with them if you don't want to get robbed I trusted them them but its trust wrongfully placed Bad air-conditioning, no curtains and many things were not working in the apartment

Accueil client défaillant villa Hanami
Le service a l’arrivée est inexistant. Nous avons dû attendre 45 mn pour avoir nos clefs la personne présente a reconnu que la préparation n’avait pas été correctement faite . Les prestations annoncées ne sont pas au rendez-vous. Par exemple le 1er jour un transat s’est effondré suite à une réparation de fortune. La personne qui est venue au bout de 48 h est repartie avec en disant qu’il en ramenait un demain car celui ci était dangereux. Depuis silence total alors que nous allons être 6 dans la maison avec 2 transats et un matelas contrairement aux photos du site web, quel manque de respect!!!!! Cette agence donne une image bien négative de la profession alors que nous venons 2 fois par an (juillet-août) à Estepona depuis 10 ans et que nous avons souhaité tester la formule location. Bien sûr nous reviendrons dans nos hôtels haut de gamme « eux ». En plus comme nous avons réclamé l’agence nous a répondu que puisqu’il en était ainsi pas de remplacement , joli chantage indigne et minable.

We had an absolutely amazing stay with Vacation Marbella! The villa was absolutely stunning—even more beautiful than the photos. It was spotless, beautifully maintained, spacious, luxurious, and equipped with absolutely everything we needed. It truly felt like a dream home. The entire experience, from the booking process to check-out, was handled professionally. The team was always kind, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a wonderful stay. We did have a small issue when we arrived late at night because the lockbox codes didn’t work, but the team responded immediately, solved the problem, and later even offered us a complimentary late check-out as a gesture of goodwill. That level of customer service really impressed us. We felt welcomed, looked after, and truly enjoyed every moment of our holiday. We would highly recommend Vacation Marbella to anyone looking for a luxury holiday in Marbella, and we are already looking forward to coming back. Thank you for making our vacation so special!💙🙏
