I have contacted these guys to enable lane guidance for my Q8 cruise control. They confirm they can do it and have tried multiple things. My car is European-spec, but they swap and activate multiple things for US specs. So things like Matrix HD are disabled now. They were desperate they say we have to flash zfas but you have to buy a battery charger. I did that, and the car is even in a worse state now. The worst part is, they stopped responding because they actually flashed the wrong file to my car. My car is a pre-facelift 2024 and below and they flash 2025+ and say you can enjoy your car as it's new now. Well, it's even worse than before. So please, guys, be careful. I had booked an appointment with the dealer most probably, it will need a new ZFAS module because of this.

Un grand merci pour votre professionnalisme et votre persévérance. Notre Skoda était complètement bloquée et il a passé plus de 4 heures à trouver la panne et à la résoudre. Il n'a rien lâché jusqu'à ce que le problème soit réglé. Un travail remarquable, réalisé avec sérieux, patience et compétence. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Safety Camera map update for M.I.B2.5
Ordered and paid for map update after having questions efficiently answered. Loaded into Audi TT MMI. It said it was loaded but nothing was visible in the menus or on map. Requested help. After several emails, it was determined the issue may be in my MMI system. I was offered a refund and accepted that. Waiting for refund now. So hopefully all sorted and good.
