Hey guys this is a self awareness/consumer awareness post. So I brought a hoodie directly from vales official site and somehow when I purchased it via PayPal it purchased the item but from a different company. I wish I could post the screens hot I have of the transaction but you can't post it here on . So basically I had to get a refund from PayPal but I did email the team from vale and they insisted that I did not order from them. So the company it prompted me to from vale official site was VELMORE APPAREL CORP. When I told vale they didn't care or care to look into it and that is why I'm giving them 1 star. I know it's not tgere responsibility to monitor what I buy but when it's your personal company you should have more compassion because I purchased from you!!! In conclusion be careful with this company it smells fishy.

all perfect for me
bought twice from this site they absolutely great, i suggest you to buy with paypal if u scared to get scammed, at least they protect you but i swear it took like 7 days to come, both of the times i bought from them, and im from italy quality is crazy good, pants fit baggy so i reccomend to go one size down if u dont want the extra feeling seriously great work

The absolute worse clothing buying…
The absolute worse clothing buying experience one can receive from an online retailer. This company must be run by greedy people. I bought my son a pair of $150 jeans that don’t fit at all. We asked to return them right after he opened the gift on Christmas and they said they won’t take them back due to being longer than 7 days. The jeans are not worn and tags still attached. For a company to deny a return that was a gift for Christmas is wrong. I will never order from this company again. Don’t waste your time.
