Borealis Glitter is Banging
I got the Borealis pressed glitter pallet and it is stunning. I have been looking for a true silver glitter for FOREVER. I ordered about 1-2 weeks ago and it just arrived. The packaging is super cute, and the glitter is exactly what I was hoping for.

No items, no refund, no answers
I made my purchase in May. Customs stopped the shipment, and after I filled out several forms, it was returned because it didn't comply with local regulations. In other words, I never received the product. I’ve written to Vani Cosmetics several times to get a refund, but no one is responding. I am very disappointed with the whole experience.

I want to say this is the best make up…
I want to say this is the best make up you can buy. Not only for the cost but the quality is out of this world. If your a sparkly kind of girl like me you will absolutely adore this company. I always used loriel highlight as my base but one I tried their highlighter eye shadow it got replaced. 1000000% recommend

Order never delivered, customer service refused to resolve
I placed an order with Vani Cosmetics on December 23, 2025 (€46.90). Immediately after placing the order, I noticed I had made a small typo in the house number (1 instead of 51). Within one minute of the order confirmation, I emailed their customer service asking them to correct the address. The order was only shipped six days later, but the address was never corrected. The package therefore became undeliverable and according to the tracking information it was eventually returned and destroyed. I contacted customer service multiple times explaining the situation and asked whether the order could be resent to the correct address. The mistake had been reported immediately and there was plenty of time to correct it before shipment. Instead of offering a solution, they simply referred to their policy about incorrect addresses and refused to resend the order. After I gave them five business days to resolve the issue, they stopped responding altogether. As a result, I paid for a product that I never received. Very disappointing customer service and unwillingness to help resolve a simple issue.

I like that someone emailed me for a review, it feels more personal like wow someone is actually behind the screen! I also really like the glitters, the price is very fair and I love how shiny they are. Sure, they are hard to take off but babes its pressed glitter thats part of the product like get that tape and take the glitter off. I use these everytime I get into drag either on my lids or on top of highlighter they are soooooo pretty.
