Rear camera stopped working after 3…
Rear camera stopped working after 3 months. Emailed customer support weeks ago with no reply. I see lots of bad reviews about Vantrue. Im SOL.

Vantrue Dashcam and All in one jump starter/air compresser
I purchased the Vantrue N4 Pro S, Vantrue 512 gig sim card, CPL lens and JS3 all in one jump starter & air compresser. All got to me quickly and undamaged. The dash cam was easy to set up and the app works well but the wifi could be better at connecting. Overall happy with my purchase and would recommend to others.

Very satisfied with my Vantrue dash cam and hardwire kit
I’m very happy with my Vantrue dash cam and especially with the hardwire kit. The hardwire kit allows the camera to stay active in parking mode, which gives me much more peace of mind when I leave my car parked outside on the street. I also really like that when someone gets close to my car or accidentally hits it, they can see that the dash cam is active because of the green indicator light and the screen. This makes me feel even safer because people know that the car is being monitored. The camera works very well, the video quality is excellent, and the parking mode is a really useful feature. I also contacted Vantrue Support with a few questions, and I was very impressed with their service. They responded very quickly and were friendly, professional, and very cooperative. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with both the dash cam and the hardwire kit. I would definitely recommend Vantrue to anyone looking for a reliable dash cam with a good parking mode.

Not Happy with my Vantrue N2 Pro
Today, someone sideswiped the front end of my car while I was waiting to make a right turn, because he apparently couldn't wait for me to turn. I thought I caught the incident on camera. Well, I took it home to look for the footage. The camera recorded just about everything EXCEPT the incident in question. The dash cam was on, but for some reason, it didn't record it. Furthermore, the time stamp is wrong. Despite the fact that I set it to the correct date and time, the dash cam somehow always changes it on me to the incorrect date and time. Why is that? So now if I want to look for any footage, I have to guess where it is, because the time stamp is wrong, even though I know for a fact that I set it correctly, especially when we switched to Daylight Saving Time. The product is clearly defective.
