Excellent customer services 👌
The delivery time is always respected, I was very happy with the customer service. They responded to my email promptly and were very helpful. Rikki in particular was so nice, friendly , and quick to respond. Thank you, Rikki, for your excellent customer service!

Shockingly poor service, rude and unhelpful staff.
If I could rate this company less than 1 I would. One of the Area sales managers crashed into my car while driving his Vape Jucce work van. He took no responsibility for this, and neither did the company themselves. The member of staff involved was absolutely horrible to me, in the way he acted and the language he used at the time of this incident. He was incredibly rude, actually coming across as aggressive, he even made me cry. This was a real incident which was reported to the police at the time. When speaking with Vape Jucce customer service staff, they were worse than unhelpful. They actively refused to provide me with an appropriate email address to contact the team via written communication and were deliberately obstructive. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company than Vape Jucce.

Thought I would give these liquids…
Thought I would give these liquids another go bought 3 of the "blueberry" flavour. And AGAIN these liquids just taste like burning AGAIN. What a complete waste of money

My order never arrived
My order never arrived. I contacted customer support five times, and it was a complete waste of time. The only solution they offered was for me to go around the neighbourhood looking for my parcel myself.
