These people got hacked
These people got hacked or sold personal information. I haven’t vaped in years, all of a sudden I’m getting bombarded by spam calls and then emails claiming to contain tracking links to my Vapor Authority purchase. Don’t give these people your info.

HACKED HACKED HACKED HACKED HACKED!!!!!!!! WEBSITE HACKED! COMPANY EMAIL CHANGED TO GENERIC @GMAIL.COM ADDRESS. SEVERAL REVIEWS OVER THE LAST WEEK OF ITEMS NOT BEING SHIPPED, EMAILS NOT BEING REPLIED TO, PHONE CALLS NOT BEING ANSWERED. I'M A 5 YEAR CUSTOMER, 5 STAR EVERYTIME, REPLIED TO EVERY EMAIL, ALWAYS PICKED UP THE PHONE. NO RESPONSE FROM ORIGINAL @VAPORAUTHORITY.COM ADDRESS, CHANGED ON WEBSITE TO @GMAIL.COM. NEW "UNDER CONSTRUCTION" BANNER ON SITE MEANT TO FOOL YOU. Edit: In response to the company/hackers reply, that's nonsense if its under new management what's the need to change the company email to a generic @gmail.com address, I've emailed the @vaporauthority.com address 6 times now with no response, guess your not replying after all. Trust me people something going with the website, even bank statements don't match up. They even removed all the government mandated minor use prevention tool including the age verification and signature requirements, does that make sense to anyone? There are are complaints all over of orders not being processed, not being shipped, money being stolen, bank statements not matching, etc.... yet my review claiming the site was hacked was the only one responded to, the one below mine is only 1 day older yet they didn't respond to it. I'm telling ya people, don't do it, you'll be right here making a review complaining about it.

Customer Service is MIA
I have been ordering from this company for about 6 years and have never had an issue until recently. Placed an order on 7/13/2026. Shipping company claimed they attempted delivery but Ring camera shows that they were never here. Shipping company returned the item to Vapor Authority almost a month ago and I haven’t heard anything since. Have tried multiple times to contact VA and they do not answer emails or their phone. $76 gone. Sincerely, Susan Kelley

I called from Tennessee to order, and the guy/representative was very healthful, and I recieved what I ordered successfully today. No problem, and I will order again soon.

Not worth it
Not worth it. I bought the Kanger EVOD starter kit. They took the charger out the package and taped it to the back of the kit. They took two kits to make 1 kit. Crappy.
