Do not purchase from this company
Do not purchase from this company. They misrepresented the product I ordered and would not process a refund when I shared that the product was not as expected. The jacket was NON customized (meaning they could re-use it for another order), but they would still not refund me.

Great Customer Support
We ordered a varsity jacket from Varsity Base it the quality was excellent. We had a small hiccup with the colors however, Donn in customer service took care of it and we were able to get exactly what we wanted. They do a great job with the custom patches and the quality of the jacket is worth the money. My son loved his jacket.

The leather is very thick and very well…
The leather is very thick and very well stitched. I needed to make an adjustment to my order and they handled it perfectly. The jacket feels like it will last longer than me…..lol….. I feel like I got my moneys worth and then some.

I’m a New York State 1982 high school…
I’m a New York State 1982 high school champion. I misplaced my jacket. I took a chance w/ varsity base to replace. Needless to say, I was very anxious and skeptical about a customize jacket replacement. From day one I had difficulties creating so I reached out for guidance, with a very quick response Customer Service representative Hannah saved the day. she help bring my ideas to Life with a lot of patience and professionalism.(5stars) I received the same Treatment from Donn. I have to say Varsity Base is the best! I’m so satisfied with the quality of the jacket & the price is very reasonable. I’m recommending Varsity Base to all my friends. Go w/ varsity base you won’t regret it !!!

Lack of Customer Service and Poor Quality
The ordering process was very straightforward on the website. I appreciated the follow up email to confirm all customizations before production. Before production it was discovered the material I requested for a patch on the sleeve could not be done. However this was not communicated and a material I did not want was selected for me. I contacted customer service about this after receiving the jacket and I was responded to with an AI generated response that was copied and paste because it still had the line “response to customer without a solution.” I replied to the response and was told a follow up will happen and a solution to rectify the error and lack of service on their part. I have received no communication. The company communicates when you’re requesting to pay extra for a rush order. They communicate their generic communication before production. But there is no follow up when there is an issue. I recommend trying another company for a custom varsity jacket.
