Extremely poor customer service
I was told on 19th June that if I removed my trust pilot review I would be helped. I have not been assisted at all. I have lodged 2 tickets with the new help platform and have still not received any assistance. This company has the poorest communication and provided no assistance to me whatsoever. I would not recommend this company to anyone

Missing Money....No Answers...
Sent USDT to their supplied address to 'fund" the card and shortly thereafter they went from their "Onyx Card" branding to Vault27. They said they were moving off the rain platform so we the paying customers had to transition through their mistakes. About a month later, their new brand was released "Vault27" We were told the HKD card holders would get their funds back and USD funders would have to wait for the "bank statement, "your full balance will be loaded THE MOMENT WE RECEIVE IT" This was March 21st. Here is it almost 2 months later and they are still waiting to receive the bank statement. So the question rises; Where is it coming from? In this day of digital currency I find it hard to believe that for us 2% who funded in rain in USD would have to wait to be credited. I've gone to the support and every time I got stonewalled with "its out of our hands" and 'we can't help you with that" I was made to feel that I had done something wrong by an insider, like that it was a me problem. And when I told this individual the the measly $59 I was left with, that I refuse to top off any further, I have a page full of declinations and once again told by the insider close to the top o' the chain. You're the only one this is happening to. I even tried to use it at walmart dot com!!! DECLINED!!!!! So why did I trust and give these guys my hard earned money? They got the 100.00 fee plus some top up money. This is a matter of principal. I told the insider how am I supposed to tell my close contacts about an opportunity when all I've seen is potential theft? I got a big Whale to sign under me who has documented 250+people in her immediately sphere of influence and she left the project after about a month. We are both members of many projects and the word is going out. For as much as we heard about their affiliation with aspertum and that anything that is not SEC will be a rug pull (this is apertum NOT vault27.) The insider touted this battle cry and crickets for my missing money. I gave him honorable notice to right the situation and I told him that I would give an honest review of my experience if this isn't fixed. If I didn't see any remedy I would go public. This has been adequate time. No dice. In fact if I believed in the product like this insider pitched, I would of made things right out of my own pocket to save egg on the face of the product. But no, this runs consistent with many crypto rug pull platforms that HAVE ZERO RESPECT FOR THE VERY PEOPLE WHO FUND THE ENDEAVOR. The word goes out for their lack of care for their paying team members. Theft is appearing to be a potential theft. PS, many of these rave reviews are coming from MLM vested participants who were told to tout the card on platforms by giving good reviews.

Vault27 has a great platform. They are always upgrading. Instant transactions with an amazing virtual card experience. Funds are extremely secure and they have a great team that are always very helpful and kind - great customer service.
