It’s all a scam
It’s all a scam! I bought about $40 of clothes and luckily I used Apple Pay that’s connected to a card that I use only for online purchases. The tracking number is false, they tell you it’s delivered but I wonder how when they had my zip code wrong. Good luck contacting them, they got me. Not too big a deal, like I said it was $40 and from a card that I never keep more than $50 on it. I just want to help the next person

Scam! Totally misrepresenting web page. I received bad merchandise and contacted them right away. That was in May. I have been getting the run around ever since. They have been trying to keep merchandise and offering me everything except my money. Don't shop here!!

WARNING!!!! VChics.com THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! They sent me the wrong item back in May. The item I purchased was not the item I received. This place won’t let me return it and I have been going round and round with them about it and to get my money back. They finally agreed to a full refund beginning of July but I still have not received a refund. We are now in August. This place is a scam and they fraud you out of money by not actually sending you the real product, but a photo of the product. I paid over $40 and because they provided a shipping label for a fake product they are getting away with it. Do not buy from here!

WARNING: DO NOT buy from Vchics
I ordered 5 items based on the pictures posted on Vchics website. I paid over US$150 thinking I was getting embroidered blouses and dresses. The items received were of a printed low-quality material, that did not resemble the items sold on the website. I reached out 4 times requesting for a return, provided photos and noted that the items were not as described. I was initially told that the return policy is complicated and to accept a 10% discount coupon for my next purchase. I declined and requested 3 additional time for a return label. So far, no response ... cricket. Left with no option but to open a PayPal resolution ticket hoping this would escalate and resolve before the return date expires. WARNING: DO NOT BUY from Vchics.com.
