A quote from their communication regarding withdrawal -regarding a bonus that was added to my account without my consent, or request, and without giving me the option to opt out and/or review the terms and conditions. "This means that only £64.56 was available as real-money balance. As the £80 stake exceeded your available real-money balance, £15.44 of the bet was funded from your active bonus balance." As a result of the above, my £950 withdrawal was declined and funds confiscated. It is designed to defraud people of their money. Stay away at all costs. I will be reporting them to their gambling commission and the ombudsman.

No problems withdrawing
I joined the site around a month ago and put on 20 here and there. I deposited 240 in total so far. I won £600 last nights and it’s just gone into my account I’m so pleased. To add customer service (live chat) have been great. I only messaged once to ask how long it takes to withdraw. I was told 1-3 days and it was just one! Susan 😊
